Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies: Long Dresses, jumpsuits, dress pants and a blouse, heels, sandals, flats etc. Please no shorts, jeans, dresses above the knee, sneakers, etc. Fellas: Dress pants, khakis, button up shirt, a vest and/or jacket if you'd like, dress shoes, etc. Please no shorts, jeans, sneakers, etc.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please only bring a plus one if your invite mentioned a guest! Due to our large family, we had to keep our plus ones to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding!

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Unless your kids names are listed on the invitation, they are not invited to the wedding. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:20 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Although we do not have a room block, in the "Travel" section of the website, we have two hotels listed that were recommended by our venue coordinator. You are not required to be at either of these hotels, feel free to shop around for motels, air bnbs, etc! Please just plan accordingly so we can all have a fun and safe wedding night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same venue, the 1761 Old Mill Restaurant. There is a large parking lot for all of us to use

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will have to provide your own transportation to and from the hotels. Whether you are driving (responsibly), taking an uber, etc.

Are there any colors to avoid?

Answer

The only colors to avoid are pink (reserved for the bridesmaids), and anything close to white (reserved for the bride).
