Question

What Covid-19 precautions are you taking?

Answer

As you know, we have been limited to a certain amount of guests to keep up with CDC regulations. Everyone is required to wear a mask when getting food and the servers will also be wearing masks. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask through the whole event, we understand and respect your choice. We will also have extra sanitary precautions in effect throughout the entire event.

Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are only required when getting food and ordering drinks at a bar. Please try to remember to bring your own masks.

What is the preferred attire?

Answer

Formal/Cocktail, please. But we want you to be comfortable. We love the color black but please no white.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will held outdoors unless the weather does not hold up, then it will be moved inside. The reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30. Please arrive early. Also note, we are having an unplugged ceremony.

Where should guests park?

Answer

The venue has a free parking lot with ample parking spots. We encourage the use of carpooling or Uber from the hotel to the venue and back to ensure everyone makes it bed safe.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

First off, just know, you will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Declines" so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

With current Covid- 19 restrictions, we ask that if your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

EDIT: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our guest count has been limited. With this being said, unfortunately we can not accommodate children that are not in the bridal party. We are 90's babies. Cody doesn't believe in participation ribbons. If your child/children were lucky enough to make the cut, they are welcome. If not, better luck next time. lol but on a real note, if your invitation says family, that includes your children.

What happens after the ceremony?

The reception will follow the ceremony! Were we eat, drink, and DANCE the night away!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Smartphones are a beautiful thing... Please refer to the "Schedule" page for the address to the Venue. Ryin and i prefer WAZE, but if you like google maps, we wont judge.

Will there be be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/ special diet options?

Answer

We are having a buffet style meal and although our entrees are not vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. We will have 8 different assorted salads and some side dishes that may work for you!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving a buffet style dinner at the reception. There will be two cash bars and all soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

No, We suggest using Uber!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be the close of Summer and start of Fall. Of course, we are planning on the weather being perfect, in the 70s, but it's Colorado, we all know how wrong we might be.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please do not take pics during that time. When the ceremony is over, we would like everyone to share their pictures with us using #thenewlyseds2020 on social media.

May I take centerpieces/candles/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please DO NOT take home any of our decor and/or wedding decoration. If there is something you can take home, we will make sure you know!
