When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than August 10th, 2025. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. While we would love to celebrate with you, our vendors require a finalized guest count, and we are therefore unable to accommodate late responses. Should you have any questions, please reach out to Ryder, Lexie, Lynne, or Jerry-Grace.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For a formal wedding, men typically wear a suit and tie, while women can choose a long, mid-length, or cocktail dress. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive by 4:40 PM to allow sufficient time for parking, seating, and preparation before our 5:00 PM ceremony. Please note that the ceremony location is a short walk to the right of the main clubhouse and parking lot. Signs will be posted to direct you to the ceremony.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue, and overnight parking is permitted. We kindly ask that all vehicles be picked up by 11:00 AM on Sunday, September 21st to comply with venue policies.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that only those specifically named on the invitation attend. As much as we would love to include everyone, our guest list is limited due to venue capacity and planning requirements. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
