Just book your flights! We are taking care of your accommodations and food from check in on June 30th to check out on July 3rd. We're just so happy you are coming! A grocery store isn't far if you wish to purchase extra goodies.
You can fly into Rome and take a train to Florence or fly right into Florence. Our planner recommends renting a car, taxis are hard to come by once onsite. If not, transportation to the venue can be arranged, details on that to follow.
We are encouraging arriving a day or two early if your schedule allows to account for the time change/jet lag and any possible travel delays. Please let us know if you have questions!
