When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 14th! RSVP's will need to be mailed back to the couple. There is not a way to RSVP online.

Where is the best place to stay?
Answer
There are room blocks at both The Hampton Inn Saline and Homewood Suites in Ann Arbor. The bride and groom will be staying at The Graduate in downtown Ann Arbor however, there is not a room block at this hotel. NOTE: There is another event occurring the same weekend as the wedding and it is highly recommended to book your hotel room ASAP before they sell out. Hampton Inn Saline = the most cost effective but slightly further from event Homewood Suites = in between The Graduate = priciest option but closest to event

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be two different shuttles that will pick up guests from The Hampton Inn Saline, Homewood Suites in Ann Arbor and The Graduate in Ann Arbor. At the time of check in, please ensure to sign up for shuttle pick up. Additionally, there will two shuttles that will drop off guests from the wedding venue to all three hotels - Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites & The Graduate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving by 3:15pm to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site (approximately 300 feet from parking lot). There will be golf carts to pick up guests who need assistance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue where both the ceremony and the reception will be.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Dinner will be served buffet style! All major allergens will be listed on tent cards in front of each dish. The catering staff will be present during food service to answer any questions about ingredients.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Ladies, the ceremony will be on grass and the reception is in a barn (slightly uneven flooring). We recommend skipping the stilettos and opting for something with a little more stability. Ceremony will be outside, dinner and reception will be indoors with HVAC.
