All deluxe rooms can sleep up to 4 people. Deluxe king rooms have 1 king size bed and 1 pullout sleeper sofa, whereas deluxe queen rooms have 2 queen size beds. Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Individuals may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of “ready" rooms. Fees may apply. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m., will be charged half the daily room rate. Check out after 4:00 p.m., the full room rate applies. Please note: We can request a VIP early check-in list a few weeks before the wedding. If you will be needing an early check-in, please let us know so we can add you to the list! You can request an early check-in at the front desk, but it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-ins are first come, first serve. There is a $25 fee, to check-in before 1pm. The Abbey Resort requires a deposit to guarantee a reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, one night’s deposit will be required at the time of making the reservation, with the guests’ credit card. Deposits will be charged or must be received at the time the reservation is made. Hotel room reservations need to be made by September 9th in order to reserve a room at the discounted rate. Any rooms reserved after September 9th will be subject to open availability at the standard room rate.
