Flight
MSP is the primary airport of Minneapolis/St Paul, located just south of the cities. Both downtowns are easily reachable by public transit or Uber/Lyft (about a 20 minute ride). Arrival/departure terminal is based on which airline you use. Terminal 1 tends to be easier to fly into/out of because most major airlines are there. Southwest is at Terminal 2. There is a tram that goes between terminals 1 and 2. Just be sure to note which terminal you will be using for arrival/departure.

The "View" link below will take you to a booking page which includes a wedding discount - click "see prices" and make sure "wedding discount" is selected in the box to the right. You can also call (651) 225-1515 (Dial 0 if prompted) and asking for the wedding rate. We highly recommend booking any hotel ASAP as there is a state hockey tournament happening nearby and we expect it to be busy in the area. There will be a shuttle available from this location to the venue. This hotel has a bus stop right outside the front door that goes directly to/from the airport (the 54 line, fare is $2, runs about every 15 minutes). The area nearby also has several shops and bar/restaurants and has easy access to downtown. It is also a less than ten minute walk to the Science Center and the river.

This hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport by car/Uber/Lyft. There will be a shuttle from this hotel to the venue starting at 4:00 pm. It's about 15 minutes away from the space. At check in, the hotel should ask you to sign up for a shuttle time - if they don't, please ask! Last shuttle from the venue back to the hotel at 11 pm. The happy couple will be staying here. No block. It is a short walk to the train (green line) which goes directly to downtown St Paul.
Travel Note
There are many options available throughout downtown St Paul and Minneapolis for a variety of budgets and needs, as well as AirBNBs, etc. Downtown or Lowertown St Paul will be the most convenient areas to be near the venue. We highly recommend booking any hotel in St Paul ASAP as there is a state hockey tournament happening nearby and we expect it to be busy in the area. There is likely greater availability in Minneapolis, and there are a few hotels very near the train line, which has a stop just a few blocks from the venue. Uber/Lyft are widely available and about a 20 minute trip from Minneapolis to St Paul.
Train
The Metro Green line runs between the downtowns of both cities and is cheap ($2/ride) and easy public transit for those interested. The Union Depot stop is about a five minute walk to the venue.
