Yes, we are moving forward with the wedding. We are at a point where we don't want COVID-19 to put a pause on our future.
That is completely understandable, and we respect that decision. We still want to include everybody on our big day, so we have set up a "virtual" option to attend the wedding from the comfort of your own living room. Pants not required! (but please don't stand up while on camera). This virtual option is available under the "schedule" page. Just navigate to the website about 10-15 minutes before the wedding and you'll be able to click the link to virtually attend the ceremony. Note - if you physically attend the wedding, pants will be required.
YES. Denver has many safety precautions in place, including masks. Masks will be required to be worn, even at the wedding. While we understand that they can be uncomfortable, we may not like wearing them, etc. they do keep all of the guests in attendance safe. Please be respectful of everybody and wear your mask when you are not seated at your table. Because of these restrictions, we are asking that everybody try to remain seated as often as possible during the reception. We will have a dance floor, but need to limit the number of people dancing at a time. Please wash your hands often. Please be respectful of the personal space of those around you. While you may not agree with these restrictions, they are still in place. Our event space is dependent on us following these rules so that they can continue to host weddings throughout the fall and winter.
Yes. Brunch, complete with mimosas and bloody marys should get you in the mood for some fun.
Yes. A few things to remember are: - mask or other approved facial covering - sunglasses (the sun is pretty bright here) - sunblock (see above) - sun hat if desired Colorado weather can be EXTREMELY unpredictable. There is always a chance that you may see snow in September. Please be sure to check the weather before packing for your trip.
Just as a reminder, this is an adults only event. Due to COVID-19 group size restrictions, we have the requirement to limit our guest list to make sure we spend our big day with those that would most enjoy it. Please keep this in mind and make arrangements if necessary! As a reminder, if this is not something that you're able to make work there is an option to virtually attend the wedding as well! Please see the "Events" tab to log into the event a few minutes before the wedding starts at 11:00 am Mountain time!
The wedding itself starts at 11 am, but you will be able to come into the venue, find your seat, and get settled starting at 10:30 am.
