If you plan on bringing a Tent, RV or Camper etc. for the night of the wedding, please specify on the RSVP page, or reach out to Gwyndalyn @917-617-3989 to coordinate designated setup areas.

Dress Code

Answer

Dress code will be Daytime Formal, the ceremony will be outside, weather dependent. With that being said, be prepared for soft grounds.

Local airports include Albany International ALB (~45mins from venue) Syracuse Hancock International Airport SYR (1hr 45mins from venue) Hotels in the area are limited, Camping is an option but for those who prefer indoor accommodations, local hotels are listed below. Quality Inn & Suites Schoharie (~15mins from venue) Country Side Inn, Richmondville (~20mins from venue) Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Johnstown (~30mins from venue) AirBNBs are also available but limited in the area. If you plan to camp, please reach out to Gwyndalyn @917-617-3989 to coordinate designated setup locations. Uber, Taxi and other public transport options are extremely limited if not completely unavailable in the area. Car rentals may also be limited in the area and best available near airports listed above, please plan accordingly.

Will Alcohol be served?

We will be having an open bar for 4 hours, we strongly encourage you drink responsibly and plan accordingly for safe transportation to wherever your accommodations may be.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture these special moments of ours, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in our day. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we look forward to being able to share these photos afterwards. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction free environment for our ceremony.
