When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 31, 2025.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our little ones but due to limited space, this event will be adults only with the exception of children within the direct family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be a complimentary shuttle service from the DoubleTree.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking onsite for those who prefer to drive.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed. You can pick it up the following day without any additional charges or restrictions.

We will have a variety of food available for everyone. Please reach out with any dietary restrictions so we can best prepare.
