Question

What are the options for attending the wedding?

Answer

We know that 2020 has been a challenging and uncertain year for many reasons. The last thing we want is for you to stress about attending the wedding! In an effort to still celebrate with as many loved ones as possible, there are a few options for you! First, we've added a live stream that will be available throughout the ceremony and reception. Get your champagne ready and make sure your couch pillows are fluffed! It will be interactive and a dance party in your living room is guaranteed. Should you be comfortable joining us in person, you'll have two options. If you're head over heels for ceremonies, but aren't comfortable at a reception at this point, feel free to join for the ceremony only! You also have the choice of joining the whole party in person! We will have several special precautions we take to make everyone as safe and relaxed as possible! No matter what you choose, we are so thankful to have you in our lives and honored you want to celebrate with us!

Question

What precautions/social distancing measures will be taken?

Answer

For those of you enjoying the day in person, we know it's not a decision you made lightly! We have a few measures in place to help ensure we are making the event as safe as possible: - We will be social distancing with chairs during the ceremony and reception as much as possible - If you're more comfortable wearing a mask, we will have extras available at the ceremony and reception - Color-coded wrist bands will be provided indicating whether you're comfortable with hugs, would prefer to elbow bump, or are trying to maintain at least a 6-foot distance from others - Dinner has been changed from a buffet to plated to minimize people standing in one location and touching serving utensils

Question

Is there parking at Red Hawk?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking - there will also be golf carts and people movers circulating throughout the lot to bring you to the ceremony in case you want to save your time in heels for dancing :)

Question

What is the venue like?

Answer

Red Hawk is a beautiful golf course - the ceremony will take place on the lawn overlooking the 18th green, and the reception will be indoors just around the corner. Although your stilettos look fabulous, they may not be the most comfortable as you navigate the lawn area.
