In peak singledom, these two connected via a most miraculous, serendipitous apex of modern life: a dating app (Hinge #notanAD). Not only was it their last first date, but the best first-date either had ever had. A little over a year later, they found themselves sharing a studio apartment in peak COVID times. Between a couple new jobs and a new apartment later, they went to Europe and got engaged on their 3rd dating anniversary.
