Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided from both the Hampton Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn locations listed on our website. There is on-site parking for those that wish to drive themselves.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any allergies as our caterer can accommodate them.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes- pending rain the ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, this will be an adults only event! To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes- there is car parking at the venue should you choose not to use the shuttle.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes- if you are arriving the night before the wedding, Saturday, October 8, we will be hosting a welcome cocktail reception for all guests including an open bar and light bites. Additionally, we will be hosting an after party following our reception with private DJ, open bar, and late night noshes for your enjoyment to keep the party going all night! Please see the Schedule section of our wedding website for additional details such as timing and location. You’ll find an RSVP option for both additional events on the RSVP page of our website and included in your mailed invitation.
