When do I need to book my room?

Answer

We recommend booking ASAP to ensure you get the room and dates preferred. If you wish to take advantage of our room block, rooms should be booked and paid in full by November 15th, 2025 to guarantee you receive our special rate and the room you prefer. More details outlined under "travel".

Question

Can I still book after the November 15th date?

Answer

Yes, booking through our room block will still be available, but specific room types will no longer be guaranteed. You can still request your preference when booking, but this will be based on hotel availability. If you prefer to use Hyatt points, please book directly through the hotel website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding events adults only (ceremony and reception). However, the resort is kid-friendly and offers childcare at a charge if you choose to bring your little ones. Please reach out to Hyatt Ziva directly for more details on this.

How do I get to and from the airport?

Answer

Booking a shuttle or private vehicle through the booking site is the easiest way to get to and from the airport, you can find more information about these options under "travel". We do NOT recommend trying to get an Uber or taxi at the airport. However, once on the property, Uber and taxi may be used to get around town!

Answer

We are so grateful that our friends and family are willing to fly to Cabo to celebrate us! We do not expect gifts, as celebrating with you all is the best gift we can ask for! If you feel inclined to give a gift, you can refer to our registry. Physical gifts can be shipped directly to our home if you choose.
