Is it possible to adjust my stay to be shorter or longer than 7/31–8/3?

Answer

Yes! You can extend or shorten your stay based on what works best for you. Please let us know the dates in your RSVP.

What is the cost of the TRS Coral per night?

Answer

The cost per night of our hotel block is approximately $525/night, including taxes. This excludes a minor eco-tax, which is paid upon arrival.

Who do I contact to book my party at the TRS Coral?

Once you RSVP, we will reach out to you to confirm your dates and add you to our hotel block. If you have any questions, ask Ryan :)

How many people can stay in each room?

Answer

The all-inclusive rate reflects one room with a maximum of two occupants.

What is included in the all-inclusive package? Do I have to pay an additional fee?

Answer

Everyone who books through our hotel contact will have the upgraded "infinite indulgence" package. This includes butler services and premium drinks. There is no additional fee for this, you'll just pay for the room.

What type of room will I have if I book through your hotel contact?

We have blocked several Junior Swim-up Suites. However, if you which to change your room type, please coordinate with Ryan.

Are children invited?

Answer

The TRS Coral Hotel is an adults-only all inclusive. However, its sister resort, the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, is child-friendly and does have shared restaurants/amenities with the TRS Coral. We'd prefer for everyone to stay at the TRS Coral with us, but we understand if this option works better for your family. Children are welcome at the reception.
