Are kids welcome?
Answer
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! If you do have them out during the ceremony you will be asked to put them away. Once we get the photos back from the photographer, we will gladly share them with whoever wants them.

How should I RSVP?
Answer
Please mail back the RSVP card you received by April 10, 2028 or online so we can plan accordingly! We will not be accepting any RSVPs after this date.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
It will say on your invitation. If you would like to bring one and it doesn’t have it on your invitation please only reach out to Elizabeth at (521) 826-1622. This is so we can make sure to have a head count and change the seating chart.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive 15-25 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Also if you arrive late to the ceremony we ask you to quickly and quietly enter and try not to distract the Bride and Groom because they get distracted easily.

Will there be alcohol?

Is there parking and is it free?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking available at wedding and it is free. There is plenty of space for everyone. There will also be shuttles and golf carts to help if people are parked far away from the building.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Rain or shine, the celebration continues! The ceremony and reception will be inside. The only thing that will be outside is the cocktail hour but not to worry, it will be inside a covered area!

What time does the reception end?

We would love for everyone to stay as long as they can and enjoy the celebration! We will have the send off at 11pm.

When will we all start dancing?
Answer
After we eat, the speeches, first dance and parents dance we would love for everyone to join in and have a party! We want everyone to have fun and have a great time on the dance floor with us!

Seating arrangements

We will have a seating plan for the head table and the parents table, everyone else sit where you would like to. We want everyone to be comfortable and sit with whom they’d like.

We will have a DJ, there will be a list of songs that will be given to them. If you want to make a song request feel free to but we want up beat, dancing songs to keep the party alive all night.

Of course! We want all to be there, so yes there will be an access point for them.

Irish goodbye

We thank all for coming but if you are ready to leave and we are on the dance floor, we kindly ask you to have an Irish Goodbye (leaving without saying goodbye). We’re not trying to be rude, but we don’t want to keep stop dancing to say bye to everyone so just shoot us at text.
