Question

18 + older guest info

Answer

Due to our venue size, and dinner and dancing being around a pool, we ask that all guests are 18 and older. We hope this gives you enough time to plan for accommodations. Our wedding planner Trish has a list of local babysitters that she knows personally and has used for events in the past. If you're interested in more information, reach out to Sophia, Rylan, or Gina, and we can put you in contact with Trish :)

Question

Getting to and from the venue

Answer

*IMPORTANT UPDATE* WE’RE NO LONGER USING SHUTTLES. THERE WILL NOW BE A PARKING LOT WITH A VALET SERVICE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE VENUE. There is still no parking at the venue itself, but a lot has opened up next door for parking. If you are driving to the venue, use the valet service provided, it’s a very short walk to the venue! This is the parking lot address: 80-450 avenue 50 We’re still encouraging Lyft/Uber to the wedding venue, just be mindful that there are not a ton of them, so order ahead of time, or give yourself plenty of time in case you need to wait. Carpooling is encouraged ☺️ If you have any questions about transportation, feel free to ask either Sophia or Gina for more information.

Question

Dress code

Answer

Attire is "Desert formal" We chose Palm Springs because of its bright colors and art history. We want our guests to embrace the vibrant bright colors and patterns when choosing their outfits for the night. Don’t be afraid to go big and bold! Long dresses, short dresses, one-pieces, pantsuits, suits, button-ups, pants, shorts, we want it all! Have fun with it, the colors, the patterns, the styles. Think 70's, disco, desert party!! This goes for the whole weekend! Rehearsal, Wedding, and pool party! Wear what you love and what makes you feel like your most funky Palm Springs self.

Question

Noise ordinance

Answer

There’s a strict 10 P.M. noise ordinance in the Coachella valley, meaning no loud or projecting noise after 10. Our venue space is set outside, although our main DJ will have to stop playing music outside, we have an after party space located on the property! So join us for an after party in the club house, we’ll have late night food, dancing, and obviously drinks! Don’t worry, we didn’t drag all of our friends out to Palm Springs to end the party at 10 😏
