March 20, 2026, with a ceremony beginning at 5 p.m. and a reception following.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP via our RSVP webpage. Click on the RSVP tab above, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by January 23, allowing us the appropriate time to prepare food and seating arrangements.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Aviary (400 Grove St, Lynchburg, VA 24501).

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive anywhere between 4:00 and 4:45, in their seats by 4:45.

Will the events be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is one large indoor space. We may ask guests to step outside briefly as we transition the room from the ceremony to reception.

What is the parking availability at the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue has free parking nearby that will be available. There is parking at the Miller Park building, as well as several lots in the park and some street parking.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Semi-formal (or “Sunday Best”). No blue jeans

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
