Question

COVID-19

Answer

Due to the MA restrictions coming to an end on May 29th, masks will most likely not be required. We have not heard otherwise from the venue, but we ask for you to bring a mask just in case. Masks will be required on transportation. Please do not come to the venue if you are feeling ill, if you have received a positive Covid test in the last 7 days or if you have come in contact with someone with Covid. Covid testing is not required prior to the wedding. Any additional questions about Covid, please reach out to us directly at 508-838-7407.

Question

Live-Stream Ceremony

Answer

For our family and friends unable to attend, we will be holding a live stream of our ceremony. Please see the link listed below. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm EST https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGKXRsaOTiI

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Vows will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that you plan accordingly and arrive at least 15 min. before start time. Transportation from the hotels will begin around 4:00-4:15 pm as there is distance between both hotels and the venue. Please be prepared. If you miss the bus you will need to Uber or drive yourself. Parking is available at the venue.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the Doubletree hotel (or the Peabody Marriott if you are apart of the wedding party). Times will be printed out and left at the desk when you check in. If you are staying at the Peabody Marriott, the bus will be arriving at 4:00 pm and departing at 4:10 pm. If you are staying at the Doubletree, the bus will be arriving around 4:20 pm and departing at 4:30 pm. If you miss the time slot you will need to call an Uber or drive yourself. There is parking at the venue. The first bus leaving the venue back to the hotels will begin at 9:30 pm. The bus will then return when the wedding ends at 10:30 pm to return guest back to their hotels.
