How early should I arrive to the ceremony?

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a bar at the reception venue, we will have beer available (until it runs out!) otherwise cash bar for other options.

When Should We Get To The Reception After The Ceremony?

Answer

You can get there as early as you'd like! Cocktail hour starts from 3:00-5:30pm, you can drive there or the shuttle leaves Hotel Marshfield when the shuttle is full and it's about 20-30 min round trip! 15 people fit in the shuttle at a time :)

When does the shuttle start?

Answer

Because we want to party all night long we have a shuttle for our guests so everyone can be safe :) The shuttle will start to pick people up from Hotel Marshfield to the reception hall in Spencer at around 3:30pm until dinner. When it’s time to go home the shuttle will bring you back to Hotel Marshfield and will make round trips until midnight. Please party accordingly :)

What kind of activities are there for kids?

We will have games and a bouncy house available for “the kids” to enjoy 😉

Will there be booster seats available?

Answer

There are only 2 available at the venue. Please bring a booster seat for your kids if they need one just to be on the safe side

Dancing starts after dinner and the dancing goes til Midnight!

What is the timeline after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will be taking photos with their family between 3:30 and 5:00, and will arrive at the reception venue right after!
