The ceremony starts at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm! If you show up late, we request you wait at the Galleria’s cocktail hour space until the ceremony finishes. We have the venue for 6 hours so we will be ending our night at the Vineyard at 10pm
We are so excited to celebrate this day with you all! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venues capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We hope you can understand!
BOTH! (weather depending). The ceremony ideally will be outdoor at the Colonnade that over looks the pond. It is March so prepare for rain or shine :) The cocktail hour will take place on the Galleria's covered veranda and the reception inside the Galleria itself.
The first building you see from the gate is our venue! Please drive all the way up the road and park in the circle lot behind the galleria at the top of the hill. If parking is tight, there is an over flow lot. Per Vineyard Policy, cars should not be left overnight unless specifically granted permission otherwise.
The Vineyard is providing a short transportation ride from the Galleria hill to the Ceremony site. If you have the time, sit on the golf cart and say weee!
Yes there will be an open bar, just make sure you can get back home/to the hotel safely!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. Per Vineyard policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited on Vineyard grounds. If desired, please walk down and out past the gate.
