Where should I park?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue, there will be a shuttle available to our guest from the venue to the hotel starting at 9:30PM. We ask guest retrieve your vehicles by 11AM Sat.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

As we begin our journey as a married couple, your love and support mean everything to us. If you feel compelled to give a gift, we would be grateful for a cash donation to help us with our future plans.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

At this time, we are planning to have our wedding ceremony outdoors. If the weather does not allow us to be outdoors we will be hosting inside the venue.

Question

Will there be transportation provided back to the hotel after the reception?

Answer

Yes! To make sure everyone gets back to the hotel safely and easily, we will be providing a shuttle bus service after the reception. The shuttle will depart from the venue beginning at 9:30 and it will take guests directly to the Holiday Inn Express where we have a block of rooms. If you are staying elsewhere in Ames, please contact us for other accommodations.
