"Ms. Connie! Mr. Ryan keeps looking at you!" Ryan and Connie met while working at an afterschool program. Ryan's long hair and Pokemon school cart caught Connie's eye. Ryan disappeared from work one day and Connie asked where he was. Wingman Nestor shared that Ryan was sick. AND that Ryan likes more than Pokemon; he likes sports and working out too. At the time, Connie was confused as to why that was necessary information. While working together, Ryan would crack jokes and leave notes and cold water bottles in Connie's cart. Even the kids noticed Ryan's concentrated stares! Connie slid into Ryan's dms and asked about McDonald's Pokemon Happy Meal toys and the rest is history.
