The story of Tori and Ryan began in 2019 in Gainesville. Well, technically it began as a virtual friendship, until they accidentally bumped into each other at a football game and finally met face to face. For about a year, these two texted and FaceTimed as “just friends.” BUT soon after running into each other, Ryan asked Tori on a date to Texas Roadhouse, and thank goodness she said yes, because it led to quite the love story. From the very beginning, they fell hard for each other and started their crazy adventure together. From Jeep Beach and the Kentucky Derby to countless weddings, family vacations, football games, hometown visits, and every little moment in between, they built a life full of memories together. And this is just the beginning! Long distance tried to challenge them more than once, but they never let it defeat them. Every obstacle life threw their way only made them stronger. It’s clear that fate always had a plan for Tori and Ryan. I’ve had the luxury of watching their love story unfold every step of the way. As their honorary roommate, forever third wheel, and best friend (hehe), I can truly say I’ve never seen two people more compatible. They complement each other in every way and show what true love looks like every single day; effortless, supportive, and full of life. When Ryan suggested a trip to Jackson Hole this past February, he had more planned than shot skis, failed ski attempts, and freezing temperatures. What Tori didn’t know was that Ryan had secretly packed a ring in his bag and surprised Tori with the easiest “YES” of her life. With the sneaky help of his soon to be sister-in-law, obviously. I cannot wait to watch you two start the life you’ve dreamed about for years. And celebrate with all of you, all the memories they’ve made along the way. See you Jan. 23 at the altar!
