It all started on a cool summer evening in Marietta, Ohio. Taylor just stepped onto campus for summer orientation, eager and anxious to start college. Ryan was a junior orientation leader, neither of them having any knowledge of the other. While sitting on a tiny stone wall outside of Harrison Hall meeting all of her fellow soccer teammates, someone bumped into Taylor on that stone wall. It was Ryan, and Taylor was visibly annoyed, but that would obviously not be the last time they would interact. The early weeks of the semester come and go, and one of Ryan’s friends says “I have someone to introduce you to”, which happened to be the girl that was sitting on the tiny stone wall. Seven and a half years later, that tiny stone wall and innocent bump has brought us all together for this special moment.
