We're not picky, but we'd love to see your favorite summer attire! Think sundresses, khakis, or whatever you'll be comfortable in. Is "casual wedding attire" an oxymoron? The reception will be on the Casablanca boat for a tour around Casco Bay so plan for an evening breeze.
Unfortunately our guest list is quite tight due to restrictions on the boat, so please follow the name(s) on your invitation. We apologize for any inconveniences & hope you understand!
We love you and we definitely love your kids! However, given the nature of the cruise and limited capacity on the boat, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate little guests. We hope you're still able to celebrate with us!
The Casablanca goes out of downtown Portland so any hotel in the area would be a top recommendation. Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront would be about a 30 second walk to and from the boat launch. Please reach out if you need a specific suggestion!
The Casablanca goes out of downtown Portland. We recommend getting in town before the reception to guarantee a spot and take time to enjoy a drink at the Porthole (or any other local spots) while you wait. Parking can be tricky on a Saturday, but there are several lots along commercial street. Parking closer to the East End (Munjoy Hill) is usually quite easy if you don't mind a little walk or a quick Uber ride.
