When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 28th 2019

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Sur La Table, Macy's, and Target. You can find the registry under Ryan Calahan or Stacy Dominguez at each website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest you arrive no later than 4:30pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please remember to give yourself extra travel time due to rush hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal or Cocktail attire. This is an outdoor ceremony and reception. A light jacket or sweater is suggested for the evening.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children of family members are welcome. However, we are encouraging everyone to enjoy an adults night out. (Open Bar!!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please list any food allergies on RSVP cards.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. Overnight parking is allowed but you must pick up your car by 10am the following morning.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at the Marriott Residence Inn in Downtown Phoenix. Please click on the Travel link for more information. Make sure to book your rooms before March 18th!
