We ask that you RSVP no later than the end of December or the beginning of January before the day so we can have an accurate headcount for food. You can either mail the RSVP card that comes with your formal invitation back to us or RSVP on our wedding website.
Since the wedding will be at the beach, we ask that you dress casually. You can wear khaki shorts with a nice shirt and your dancing shoes, but no beachwear.
This a day we have been planning and waiting for a long time. We want to be able to share this with everyone, so we ask that you do not post anything until we have gotten the chance to do so first. We will have a special QR code at the reception that you will be a shared photo album so you can see and share pictures of this night!.
Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 pm, so we ask that you arrive no later than 4:50 pm- 5:10 pm this gives you time to find a seat before the event starts. We also ask that you arrive no earlier than 4:30 pm.
Since this will be during the spring break time frame, we suggest that you book your lodging sooner rather than later. I will have a list of hotels in the area under the Travel tab. There are also lots of condos and Airbnb in the area that you are welcome to book.
This will be an unplugged ceremony, meaning that we ask you not to take pictures or videos during the ceremony. We will have a photographer to take the most amazing pictures of the event.
In regards to having a plus one, if you are single then we have already accounted for a plus one for you, if you are a family we have counted for the family. We ask that you do not bring extra people with you due to having to pay extra costs in terms of food.
