Tom Brown Park
Beautiful park with lots of open, green space. Even has a jungle gym for the kids!
FSU Reservation
If open, this is the exclusive reservation of FSU. This lakefront is the old stomping grounds of Sav and Ry, where you can see the high obstacle course we facilitated on, rent kayaks and paddleboards, and play beach volleyball. NOTE: Rentals and entrance do cost money.
Wakulla Springs State Park
Take a dip in the clear, cool springs, take a glass-bottom boat tour, or enjoy the many trails surrounding the park!
St. George Island / Apalachicola
1.5 hours from Tallahassee if you have a couple of extra days on your hands! Beautiful beach (state park), local shopping (Apalachicola) and great seafood all along the way!
Downtown Thomasville, Georgia
Quaint little town 45 min from Tallahassee, if you have an extra day or two. Bookstores, boutique shops, yummy coffee, and good food!
