Question

What is a Sangeet

Answer

The Sangeet is one of the traditional Indian wedding celebrations. As you may know, Indian weddings can be 3-5 days long with various ceremonies. A Sangeet is a few days before the big day and serves as a party where close friends and family of the bride and groom come together to eat, drink and dance. Traditionally, family and friends may part-take in dance performances as a way to break the ice between the two families.
