Where is the Wedding?
Answer
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be at Clydes Willow Creek Farm located at 42920 Broadlands Blvd, Broadlands, VA 20148 . You may enter through the front of the restaurant where the staff will kindly direct you.

What time should i arrive?
Answer
Ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before to ensure you are seated on time. Please arrive no earlier than 4 p.m.

How and when should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP to the events as soon as possible on this website under the RSVP tab. Deadline is XXXX. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not attending'. We need to provide vendors and the venues with a total guest count in a timely manner.

is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for all events is semi-formal attire. Men: suits Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses *no jeans/denim* *no white/ivory/cream color attire*

What should I do if I can/ can't make it after I already RSVPed?
Answer
If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending", so we can plan accordingly. If your plans change and you have already RSVP'd attending or not attending, please notify the couple right away at Ryanandsabrinastank@gmail.com so we can make changes.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking! You can park in the provided restaurant parking lot or use the overflow lot shared with the Loudoun County Public Schools Administration building located right next door

Will the wedding be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly! This will be followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your children, this will be an adult-only occasion. If your child is invited it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?
Answer
No. Some of the decorations are rented, borrowed, or the couple are hoping to reuse so please leave our reception with a full belly, and memories of the evening

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it

Yes! We want you to have the best time, so drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
