In early 2024, Ryan and I met through a mutual friend at a park on Lake Hartwell, where I’m from. He happened to be there with a few others, and we ended up kayaking together. From the start, we clicked. We bonded over our favorite TV shows, interests, and discovering we were both graduates of UGA. A couple of weeks later, I followed him on Instagram, and he reached out soon after. We planned our first date right away, and from that point on, everything just fell into place. I am so lucky to have someone so special to spend my life with. He is truly the love of my life and my best friend.
