I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes but you will need to let us know at least 1 month in advance so we can make accommodations with the Caterer.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block with Stoney Creek hotel. Please note it is a Mizzou Football game weekend and hotels are booked out. So please reserve asap if you would like a room. See the travel section for more details. We have provide information for a few others around the area for reference. We are pretty centrally located so there are plenty of additional options within 10 miles to hosting venue.

Of course! We will even have some kids activities for them. We still need you to include in RSVP total number of kids for catering and activities packs.

Yes but please RSVP a guest one to ensure enough food is available with your RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the hotel to check in?

Answer

You may check into the hotel around 3pm. You may contact hotel to see if you can check in earlier if rooms are available.

Are drinks provided (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)?

Answer

Non-alcoholic drinks are free and unlimited. There is a cash bar for alcoholic drinks. Cash and cards accepted at the hotel bar.
