He had a little crush on her, she may have as well.. so the bride’s best friend and a friend of the groom got in cahoots and practically set us up, (Thanks Madison, we owe it all to you) because we were both way to shy to even say hi to each other. We went on a terrible first group date where we barely spoke two words to each other, but the maid of honors had a great time. We then went to Kennywood on a marching band trip together. The groom surprisingly had the guts to put his arm around his bride for the first time (after he was nudged and gestured to by a friend). He held his bride’s hand for the first time on this trip as well (he did this on his own). A few days later we went on a date to the movies to see The Dark Knight Rises, and it was all history from there. A few kisses, breakups, makeups, and incredible memories later, here we are, 8 years in, more in love than ever.
