Flight
Multiple airlines fly to Cancun, and you will need to rent a car or arrange a shuttle to your resort/hotel/airbnb. Most guests will be arriving on the 27th or 28th. Check with Frontier Airlines as well for cheaper flights. The schedule should be out in June for December flights. Also, guests who are coming from the Bay Area, check out Sacramento airport as well. It looks like Volaris has cheaper flights compared to SFO.
Hotel
This is where we will be staying. This is an all inclusive resort that is about 30 minutes away from our venue. We will be setting up shuttles to and from the venue, details to come. There are multiple sections within the resort, but we will be in the adults only section. Make sure to compare the hotel website and booking.com to find the best rate. The hotel website has a deal that allows you to pay a deposit rather than the total cost up front.
Rental Car
Renting a car can help you use your time most efficiently during your stay. There are many things to do besides stay at your resort and lounge by the beach with drink in hand (although R&R wouldn't judge you if this was your preferred vacation state). Car rentals in Mexico are cheap, and driving in this area is safe due to most traffic being hotel shuttles. We recommend booking with an American rental company ie National (Rachel has already used them once), Hertz, Alamo etc. Make sure to read the fine print for deposit information. Any questions email Rachel at wedding email.gov
Hotel
This is an all inclusive resort that is a sister resort to the Luxury Bahia Principe that Rachel and Ryan are staying at. There are many overlapping areas with the couple's location, so there will be plenty of opportunities to shower them with your love. As usual, check both the website and booking.com to find the best rate. You can also pay a deposit on the hotel website that will allow you to make payments as you go.
Hotel
Another sister resort to Rachel and Ryan's hotel. This one is adults only and separated for a more relaxing vibe. A short tram ride connects you to the couple so you have plenty of opportunities to tell them how attractive they are.
Hotel
These are condos associated with the Grand Bahia Resort that Rachel and Ryan will be staying at. They are not all inclusive, but are a good price. You will also have the option of purchasing a full or half-day pass for all inclusive at the resort if you would like. You can also find these apartments for rent on airbnb or the property's website, so check there to compare price.

This hotel is a different alternative for an all inclusive in Playa del Carmen for a cheaper price. As of May 23, the price is $1,148 for 2 adults over 3 nights, but has different options for rooms. This is not right on the beach, but it is close and there's a rooftop pool! :)
Hotel
This is a hotel that is not all inclusive. There are already a few cool people staying in this spot that you can sip mai tai's with by the pool. A cheaper option for those who don't want to pay the all inclusive game.

Check this site out for private houses in the area. Akumal, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum (a bit further away but very hip...ster) are the places to search.
