For out of state guests, we recommend flying into Denver International Airport, renting a car, and driving the remaining two hours to Estes Park.
Estes Park sits at about 7,500 feet above sea level. Drink plenty of water before and during your trip, prioritize sleep, and take it easy your first day if possible. Altitude can affect everyone differently.
Mountain weather changes quickly! Daytime temperatures will likely be in the 70s, but evenings can get chilly once the sun goes down. We recommend bringing layers, including a jacket or sweater for nighttime. You should also bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and chapstick to protect yourself from the sun and dry weather.
Dinner will be served buffet style with your choice of New York strip steak, chicken parmesan, or basil pesto pasta.
We’ll be serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Please remember to bring your ID, and keep in mind that the altitude will affect alcohol consumption more quickly than usual.
We won’t be having dancing at the venue, so save your best moves for our reception back in Ohio!
