Buses: From Hotel to Evergreen Lake House
2:15 pm
[RSVP Please] For those coming from the hotel, we've organized 2 buses. These buses leave by 2:30pm sharp so please don't miss out or you'll have to organize alternative transportation. If you do miss, there is alternative parking at the Lake House and/or the overflow parking at Stagecoach field. For those coming from Stagecoach, the overflow lot is at the south end of the turf field at Stagecoach Field (3342 Evergreen Pkwy #3308, Evergreen, CO 80439). Don't park by the lot next to the playground that's the wrong spot. Buses will pickup from Stagecouch field around ~3:35pm. They will have signage.
Evergreen Yard Games

For those arriving early, we'll have games and snacks to entertain. There are also hiking trails, water activities, and fishing beside the venue if of interest. Note: If you can't find a spot at the Lakehouse, there is backup parking at Stagecoach field. The buses will pickup from there at ~3:30pm. Buses will return there at ~11:00pm or can return sooner on request (cell: TBD).

Cocktail dress: Sundresses, cocktail dresses, button down shirts, suits and tie are all good options. Feel free to dress up a bit if you like. No shorts please. Kilts welcome.

Water Tubing in Downtown Golden

Hi All! Join us for Tubing in downtown Golden's river. It's a great way to beat the heat and enjoy the afternoon. There are plenty of rental tube companies if you'd like to join us! Rental option: https://adventurewestco.com/golden/ Here are some parking details/options: https://www.visitgolden.com/plan-your-visit/getting-here-around/parking/ If you're unable to rent a tube, please don't worry about it! We will still be hanging out in Lions Park and will have a few spare tubes. If anything you're welcome to join us and do picnic in the park by the river. If you really want your own tube there is a dicks sporting goods (https://maps.app.goo.gl/WStNLPnokdxEkj616) which will have them and you can donate it to a local Goodwill if you don't want to keep it.
