Smart Casual Attire: Wear linen pants or shorts, short-sleeved button downs, summer floral dresses, and sandals.

Enjoy a party night on the beach mixed with dance floor and a DJ. Mexican themed food and open bar.

Pithi - Pre Wedding Traditional Ceremony

Pithi - Holi Theme (think Color Run, without the running) wear clothes you dont mind being spoiled - White or lighter hues are encouraged

Since ancient’s times, Pithi ceremony is celebrated both bride and bride groom home separately in Hindu wedding (ours will be together). This entails rubbing a turmeric paste on bride and bride groom’s face, hands and legs. The paste when rubbed on is excellent for the skin and evens out skin tone. Family members and friends often times have fun getting the bride and groom completely covered in the paste. Pithi ceremony indicates that now the girl or boy has entered into adulthood and is ready for the marriage.

Saathak - Pre Wedding Traditional Ceremony

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Smart Resort Formal 1. Saris, Lehengas, Sherwanis 2. Wear sundresses, floral prints, semi formal shorts/pants, button-ups in lighter hues, sun hats and sunglasses.

SAATHAK - is a ritual where Lord Ganesh is invited to be present to remove all obstacles and provide the newlyweds with happiness and prosperity. The ceremony is often performed by the same priest who conducts the wedding, and involves the couple and their parents.

The Ceremony

9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Formal: 1. Saris, Lehengas, and Sherwanis. 2. Linen suits and dresses are welcome as well.

All are welcome (but especially the grooms side) meet separately for the Bharaat on the walkway next to the resort dock at 9:00 a.m. The Bharaat is a joyous procession of the Grooms friends and family with music and dancing to meet the brides family. The Ceremony will be a combined Hindu and Christian Ceremony. There will be light refreshments served to help stay cool under the Mexican sun.

Reception: Rooftop Party

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Rooftop Terrace

Formal: 1. Saris, Lehengas, Sherwanis 2. Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes/suits - bowties and ties.

We hope you are ready to party and celebrate. This venue will close at 11pm. After Party Location TBD
