When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However the deadline is October 1st, 2025. If you miss the deadline we will miss celebrating with you but it will automatically be marked as a response of “no”. You can RSVP on this website under the designated tab or Message Paolina at (386) 500-3701

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire in the shades of: black and browns/ neutrals. Men: Dress shirt (tie optional) Women: Dresses, skirt or dress pants with a blouse

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. We ask that everyone arrive no later than 1:30 pm to find parking and your seat.

Outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all going to be held outdoors. Therefore, please wear shoes you are comfortable walking on grass/pebble stones.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be water, sweet tea, and lemonade. For alcohol there will be light beer and wine available. If you don’t prefer any of those options, please bring your choice of drink! (no liquor) As a reminder please be sure to have a designated drive if you plan to drink.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course children are welcome, please be sure have close supervision on them at ALL times as there is a large pond on the property which can be dangerous for little ones without supervision.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one it will appear when you RSVP.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

Apps: Shrimp cocktail, Crab stuffed mushrooms, and Brown sugar sausages Entree’s: Chicken Parmesan & BBQ Brisket Sides: Mac n’ cheese, Steamed veggies, and Baked potato bar Dessert: Strawberry shortcake & Chocolate strawberries

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. Please be sure to have a designated driver if you plan to drink.

Will there be hotel accommodations?

Answer

Unfortunately not, we apologize for the inconvenience. The closest towns with hotels are 25-30 minutes from the venue in Thomasville and Valdosta
