Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask everyone to arrive to the ceremony at least 20 minutes early. We plan to start the ceremony right at 2:00pm. This gives you time to find parking and a seat in the pavilion.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Invitations will specify and include names of the children invited.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, but underneath the pavilion at Vickery Village. The reception will be indoors at the Green Bay Distillery. There is an outdoor patio for guests to enjoy at the Distillery!

Where do I park for the reception?

Answer

We recommend parking at your hotel, otherwise Green Bay Distillery said it's okay to use their parking lot and keep cars overnight if needed. They will still be open on their restaurant side, so their lot is first come first served.

What do I do after the ceremony and before the start of cocktail hour?

Answer

There is a gap in between the ceremony and cocktail hour for the wedding party to take photos. During this time you can check into hotels and/or explore the Green Bay area. There are many bars and breweries in the area of the reception that we recommend checking out! View our things to do tab on the website.

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

In order to keep our guest count under a specific number, we unfortunately can't give everyone a plus one. Only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated for. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is perfect. For example, ladies in midi-dresses or tea-length dresses and men in a sport coat or suit. No jeans please!

Where do I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Due to limited parking space available on the ceremony property, there is a parking lot next to the ceremony space. If you go to Four Way Bar & Restaurant (on same street as Vickery Village), there is a large public parking lot that guests can park in and walk across a bridge that brings you right to Vickery Village! There is also additional parking across the street from the venue.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP in time. Our vendors need an exact head count by a specific date, so please RSVP as soon as possible. Thanks for understanding!

Where should we book to stay the night?

Answer

There is a couple hotel blocks (...). Otherwise, there are many surrounding hotels and airbnb's available in the area.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be open bar available during cocktail hour! Beer, wine and soda will be on us the rest of the night. Cocktails will be available for purchase.
