We will be providing the following shuttle services: 1) Hotel to the Venue: We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel, to the venue. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel for those individuals have booked in our block at 3:10pm. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:20pm to take guests to the venue for our ceremony. **Please note, Hotel Check in is at 3:00pm to accommodate the shuttle and wedding time.** 2) Venue to the Hotel: We will be providing a shuttle service from the venue, to the hotel starting at 10:00pm and going until 12:00am for those choosing to stay in the hotel block.
We have blocked off 15 rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Barrie located at 74 Bryne Drive, Barrie, ON L4N9Y4. The hotel check in is at 3:00pm to allow guest to get check in, and have enough time to get onto the shuttle to travel to the venue for the ceremony. Yes there is parking for the ceremony and reception as it is at the same location (635 St. Vincent Street North, Barrie, ON L4M 4V1). To ensure no one drinks and drive, the venue has advised individuals can leave their vehicles in the parking lot overnight.
We are having an open bar from cocktail until close. The bar will be open during dinner, for those individuals who don't drink table wine. Enjoy!!
Ryan and I hand picked our dinner menu, with the main including a combo plate (chicken and beef). Details for our menu is as follows: First Course: A fresh mix of greens topped with sweet poached pears, crunchy candied nuts and seeds, sun-dried cranberries, and crumbled feta, all tossed in a light honey vinaigrette. Main Course: A beautifully paired duo of lemon and herb grilled chicken breast and Dijon-herb roasted striploin, served with a velvety roasted red pepper cream sauce and a rich red wine jus. Accompanied by creamy pomme purée and a medley of seasonal vegetables. Dessert: A delicate blend of sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb, baked beneath a golden, buttery crumble and elegantly served with classic vanilla bean ice cream.

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on Saturday, October 18, 2025!
If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be held outside. If the weather doesn't cooperate the ceremony will be held inside.
