We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP by July 15, 2026.
We joyfully request that our guests join us in celebrating our special day in formal attire. Ladies, wear your favorite floor-length/midi dress (any color except white or light blue - those colors are reserved for the bride and the bridal party!), and gentlemen, wear your favorite suit. We can't wait to celebrate in style with you!
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00. We ask that you are seated no later than 5:45.
We kindly request that only those listed on the invitation attend, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
We love our photographers — and we know you will too! We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phones during the ceremony. Our wedding ceremony will be a sacred and meaningful time, and we encourage you to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. You’re welcome to take photos once the ceremony concludes!
We love children, but we would like to encourage parents to enjoy an adult-only evening.
Yes, parking will be available. If you plan on consuming alcohol, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight — our fabulous venue owners ask that it be picked up by 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. This is the earliest pickup time, though it may be later if the venue isn’t reserved for another event on Sunday.
Transportation will not be provided; however, Ross Bridge offers a local shuttle service. Please contact the resort directly to arrange this in advance of the wedding day.
Our ceremony will be held indoors. Afterward, guests are invited to a cocktail hour on the covered outdoor patio, where appetizers, refreshments, and fans will be provided for your comfort. During this time, our wonderful team will prepare the indoor space for the reception to follow.
