FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 10th!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:30pm and 5:45pm. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6pm, so we have plenty of time for partying and dancing!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests Uber or use a ride-sharing service to and from the venue. The venue is very close to the hotel blocks and Ubers/ride-sharing is plentiful! **Please be sure to use the specific address listed in the invitations.**

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Farmington offers ample parking directly in front of the ceremony space. There will also be overflow parking. If necessary, you can leave your car overnight and pick it up the next morning!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo—we appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know your dietary needs when you RSVP—we’ve worked with our caterer to ensure that allergies and special dietary requests can be accommodated.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. Feel free to dress up! Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome, but a dark suit and cocktail attire are perfectly appropriate, too.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and majority of cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly (heels-friendly options recommended for grass!). We will have water stations available and the spaces will be heavily shaded by the time of ceremony start! The rest of the evening—including dinner and dancing—will be held indoors.

Question

What happens if it rains during the outdoor ceremony?

Answer

We have a rain plan in place and will move the ceremony indoors if needed. We’ll keep guests updated in the days leading up to the wedding.
