Yes, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn area. The reception will be held under the tent for dinner and dancing!
There will be two trolleys shuttling guests back and forth from the DoubleTree Hilton Danvers to the venue. The first round of shuttles leave the hotel at 3:30pm, then again at 4pm. The trolleys will be waiting at the "Atlantis" entrance which is located on the left side of the hotel, not the front of the hotel. You may also Uber/Lyft or drive yourself to the venue as there is parking in front of the tent. Please see "Travel" tab for more shuttle information.
