Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Park in the South Parking lot .

Dinner

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Guests can choose between: Flat Iron Steak: Tender flat iron cut, marinated in red wine, fresh garlic, rosemary and chives then grilled. Served with a jus and horseradish cream. Colorado Seasonal Vegetables and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Wellshire Roasted Half Chicken: Herb Roasted Half Chicken (never frozen, antibiotic and hormone free) marinated overnight in Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and Fresh Garlic and traditionally roasted in the oven. Served with Seasonal Colorado Vegetables and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Colorado Honey Glazed Salmon: Marked on the grill and finished in the oven, garnished with grilled sweet corn and fresh hand cut sweet peppers. Served with seasonal Colorado vegetables and Wild Rice
