Are kids welcome?

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning on holding our ceremony and dinner outdoors, and our reception will be indoors.

How will the cookie table work?

Answer

If you're bringing cookies, bring them in any container you would like. We will have someone set them out so no need to worry about bringing serving trays or presentation. There will be a place designated for the trays so you can get them at the end of the night as well. Again, please don't feel obligated, there will be plenty of treats. If you have any questions or need help with logistics, please reach out to either one of us.

What color will the wedding party be wearing?

Answer

All of the ladies in our wedding party will be wearing solid satin jewel tones.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue, which has plenty of space for parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle through the Sheraton Mesa at Wrigleyville which will go to the venue. Otherwise, Uber, Lyft and Waymo are good options for transportation.

How should I address the bride and groom?

Answer

First names are fine. If you’re using formal address Mr. Ryan Meech and Mrs. Mia Ryckman would be preferred.
