Stellenbosch
Take a day trip to Stellenbosch, where Meg went to university It is a 35 minute drive from Franschhoek - make sure you stop at Bartinney, Delaire Graff and Tokara Wine Estates on the way! Wander along Dorp Street/Van Riebeeck Street, stop for an Aperol and brunch at Meraki Or drive a little further to Ernie Els Winery

We have stayed at the Radisson Red and Mountain Marina Apartments (Waterfront) Latitude Aparthotel by Totalstay and Home Suite Hotels Station House (Sea Point) The Waterfront is a safe and easy place to stay, shop and dine Activities: Spend the day at Clifton 4th beach and have lunch/drinks along Camps Bay. Cycle along the prom from Waterfront to Sea Point, stop for a dip at Saunders Rock Beach and the coffee shops/ bars (we used Up-Cycles bike rental) Table Mountain, Robben Island (pre-booking recommended) Hop on Hop off bus Boulder Beach Penguins (approx. 45 min drive) Lions Head Hike The Oranjezicht City Farm & Market - the best bao buns ever at How Bao Now! And if you haven’t had enough wine… head to Constantia Wine Route Whale watching in Hermanus (1.5 hr drive) Restaurants: SALON (my besties restaurant) Tasha's, Waterfront La Parada, Waterfront Maggie Lou's, Sea point The Lawns at the Roundhouse, Camps Bay Chefs Warehouse, Beau Constantia And so many more!!
