In first grade, Ryan pulled on one of Maggie's pigtails and when she turned around to yell at him, they locked eyes and knew they found their forever. Just kidding, we met how most everyone meets these days, by a nonchalant swipe right on a dating app--but look at where we are now, you are reading our WEDDING website. Ryan and Maggie had their first date at The Terminal Bar in Union Station. Maggie had recently been injured at Crossfit and hobbled over to the table to meet Ryan who had strategically sat with his back to the Vikings game so he could focus on their first date. The first date was a true success as they spent a couple hours just chatting away and learning about each other--they chatted so much the forgot to order lunch! They decided immediately that they had a connection and to meet up again soon. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the start of our love story!

Ryan is not good about keeping secrets/surprises, so this is the timeline of the proposal: 12:32pm: Ryan picks up ring from the jeweler. 12:45pm: Ryan calls Maggie's parents to ask for their blessing in asking Maggie to be his wife . 12:56pm: Ryan proposes to Maggie In all seriousness, it was a very beautiful moment and something we will both cherish forever that was perfectly us.
