How do I RSVP?

Please let us know you’re coming by booking your spot in our room block by August 21st, 2025.

How do I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

After booking your room in our room block and booking your flights, our travel agent, Ryan with Wedding Butlers, will work with you to coordinate shuttles for your flights. He will try to group guests together if they are arriving at the same time.

Can I stay off-site or book through another travel agency?

Answer

No. In order for our travel agent to keep track of our guest list, guests must stay on-site at Secrets Akumal and book a room through our room block in the “Travel” tab by August 21, 2025.

What is Beach Formal attire?

Answer

For our beach formal wedding, women can choose floor-length dresses, maxi dresses, or jumpsuits in sunset inspired colors and breathable fabrics. What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

Answer

We ask that you please reserve the color black for the bridal party and immediate family. We would love for our guests to be the pop of color on our special day, so please wear a sunset inspired color.
