What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive at the venue no later than 3:30PM so you can find the "Hidden Chapel" and your seat for the ceremony to start at 4:00PM.

Is the ceremony at the same location as the reception?

Answer

Yes! You'll walk right past the building for the reception as you make your way to the ceremony site.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning on an outdoor ceremony (cross your fingers) followed by an indoor reception.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, just be mindful of anyone there for golfing instead of the wedding.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, if you choose to stay at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN. We are working on coordinating shuttle services.

We will be having as buffet-style meal catered by Tinucci's Catering out of Newport, MN.

Yes, there are currently a limited number of rooms blocked off at Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN. Please see the travel tab for more info.

What options are there for guests with mobility concerns getting to the ceremony site?

Answer

Hidden Greens will have a golf cart available for guests' transportation between the reception building and ceremony site.
